The Relationship Associate will be responsible for recruiting school leaders (school
principals) to the ISLI City Fellowship Programme. The Relationship Associate is the face
for ISLI in the city, and will build and leverage key relationships with high-level stakeholders,
school networks and other organisations, to meet business development (recruitment and
partnerships) targets year on year. S/he will aim to persuade a school leader to enroll into
the ISLI fellowship.
Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru
The Human Resource Associate will be responsible for the staff recruitment and induction across all verticals in ISLI. The Human Resource Associate is responsible for employee engagement activities, dealing with employee requests, sending the monthly payroll inputs and all other activities related to HR operations at ISLI.
As a Programme Manager -Government the individual will be responsible for providing expert level support to a group of Headmasters (HM), and Block Resource Teacher Educators (BRTE) through structured trainings and workshops that will facilitate HMs become effective school leaders.
Location: Vellore/ Thiruvannamalai/ Krishnagiri (must be based in district headquarters). Travel involved to schools across the district.
The Finance Associate will be responsible for general financial oversight, financial planning and budgeting, financial reporting, accounting, MIS and control of fixed assets. The Finance Associate will support the Finance Manager in a variety of operational decisions.
